Engagent provides analysis and reply assistance for Instagram professional accounts using Meta's official Instagram Platform API. A Business or Creator account is required. Engagent is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Meta or Instagram.
You must have the right to manage the connected account, keep your login secure, and use the service in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for replies you approve or configure the agent to send automatically.
Reply drafts and insights are generated by AI and can be wrong. Review suggestions before sending; configure Auto mode at your own discretion. Engagent enforces conservative defaults (human approval for sensitive categories).
The service depends on third-party platforms (Meta, Google Firebase, Anthropic) and may be interrupted or changed. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Paid tiers, when offered, are billed through the app stores and can be managed or cancelled in your store account settings.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideal Intelligence is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
