Which accounts work with Engagent?

Instagram professional accounts only (Business or Creator), connected through Meta's official login. Personal accounts are not supported by Meta's API.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes — Arabic is first-class. Comments are classified in Arabic or English, and replies are drafted in the same language as the commenter.

Will the AI reply without my approval?

Only if you turn on Auto mode for a category, and even then only above your confidence threshold and daily cap. Hot leads, unhappy customers, and business inquiries always require human approval. Everything the agent does is listed in the Activity log.

Why can't I see my posts after connecting?

Tap the sync icon (or pull down) on the Posts tab. If posts still don't appear, your access token may have expired — disconnect and reconnect the account.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → Delete Account removes everything permanently. You can also remove Engagent from your Instagram Apps and Websites settings — Meta then sends us a deletion request that we honor automatically. Details in the Privacy Policy.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Google Play / the App Store. Manage or cancel from your store account's subscription settings.
